
Shropshire Charity Networking Group - Networking - HR update and staff well-being
We are delighted to announce that at our February session Niamh Kelly, Director of the HR Dept Shropshire, will be our guest presenter. Niamh will be giving an update relating to HR, in an ever-changing landscape, and will also discuss staff wellbeing.
Niamh is an award winning HR professional with 25+ years HR experience at Senior levels in the corporate, public and voluntary sector. The HR Dept provides employment law and human resources support to small and medium sized businesses, including charitable organisations.
This section will be followed by the 'Charity Spotlight' session. This is an opportunity for charities to give a short presentation to include anything from what they do, what they do well, what they could do better and what they may need help with - the main aim being to help increase the Charity's profile within the group and allow other attendees, following the presentation, to consider where they may be able to offer the Charity guidance or advice. Hopefully it's an opportunity to share some success stories from the challenges that the last year has created!
